Physically it's an old, historic building, not comfortable wood pews, no cushions. Excellent security on admission. The home of legends and undescribable talents. During the incredible Herb Alpert concert during his 91st birthday, I've noticed something worthy mentioning. A scene that reflected the class and high level of how things are managed:
A couple seating in front of us (we were super close to the stage) saw a couple of friends seating way back in the first level and because "there saw 4 available seats" by their side, they called their friends, who took a while but surrendered to the offer. I actually got nervous as I've noticed that, thinking what if they were not really available and people showed up later?
The friends united seemed excited for the great show. As soon as it started, a couple arrived and took their seats ("mistakenly taken"), being nice enough to offer for the friends to continue seating side by side. But they refused being okay to occupy the other 2 empty seats...
Around thirty min in and the new couple arrived seeking for their unavailable seats.
Some employee noticed, took them to the back, and I thought they would offer the friends prior seats (now vacanty) at the back, but in a min the employee carried a couple of chairs and placed them even closer to the stage than their original seats, where the couple seemed happier.
I've noticed this because I happened to be nervous about the situation but everything was handled with so much care and class there wasn't a slight disturbance to the show. Well done Ryman! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great Venue, not too big. You sat in a pew. We had great seats to Brett Eldredge “Glow” concert.
He had an eight piece horn section, piano, guitar and drummer.
Acoustics were great and lightening effects were perfect for a Christmas theme.
I recommend both the Brett and the Myland.
